For those of you that are nursing or planning on nursing, I have 2 beautiful nursing covers, Udder Covers for public or even in your own home. One is baby pink, the other baby blue. I bought them b/c they were running a great special & thought for sure I would have given them to a new mommy at some point but I haven't so rather than hoarding them, I am going to give 1 of the 2 away, your choice.
I don't normally do giveaways & was going to do this on SIGnature Creations but thought this is more appropriate. So, here goes the rules.
1. You must be a nursing mommy or a soon-to-be nursing mommy.
2. Please just leave me a comment about any nursing experience you have/will have & a way to contact you if you win.
3. Winner will be chosen at random on Feb. 25th (our close friend's b-day, eh-hem...Julie).
That's it. No need to butter me up. I just want someone to win it AND use it. My nursing days are long gone & will never be again. I'm unhoarding them. Which ever isn't chosen, come back soon b/c I will give the other one away as well.
Good luck!

Yay! I am expecting my second son, and can't wait to be nursing again! I made it to 5.5 months on just breastmilk, and then to 7.5 months before my first son self weaned. I was pregnant again, and working full time, and my supply said c-ya! This time, I REALLY want to make it to one year. At least! I will most definitely use the blue one. I don't mind NIP at all, but covers to make it easier for me to get started. Yay for a contest!
Yee HA !! let's hear for julie's birthday !! man that girl rocks.
thanks for the birthday shout out!!! and i do NOT want the other Udder Cover for my gift.
sorry, but ... ew.
Hi Astrid - I'm a nursing Mama - have been now for almost 6 months! This is a big deal for me because I didn't get past 8 weeks with Cody, it was the biggest struggle. He was insatiable and miserable because he couldn't get enough and I was miserable because I couldn't nourish my son. With my girl, I make enough for her and it is such an accomplishment for us to get this far! I feel wonderful about it! And I plan on extending! I like pink!
I am getting ready to nurse my second, and he is a boy! I am due July 15th. I nursed with my first little one and the first week was awful! The breast feeding consultant at the hospital I delivered was awesome as were the volunteers from la leche league. I often had problems with milk supply but mother's milk tea was a Godsend and Alyssa had a hard time latching on at first, but after all was said and done we nursed for a little over two years, if she had it her way it would have been longer. I think she liked the mommy/daughter time before bed. But I am so happy that we had our special time together and I am obviously willing to do it all over again!

So I probably wouldn't normally comment on this as I am not expecting my own baby, although I am trying ;) but any way my friend is having her second child in May. I know she is going to nurse as she really believes it's a great thing for her newborn. She recently was laid off and is having a hard time find a job and finances are hard so if I can I would like to put in this comment for her and if I win that would be a great surprise for her. Thanks!

Oh and she is having a girl so the pink one would work :)
Hi!!! I'm expecting my first child, a little boy in less then 2 weeks. I plan on exclusively breastfeeding. He will be coming to work with me for the first couple of months, so the blue one would be perfect for the office.

I'm a nursing mom of 6 month old twins. We got off to a rocky start since they were small and didn't latch well. They tired too quickly trying to breastfeed, so I did a lot of pumping and bottle feeding in the beginning. Now they breastfeed like champs. I love the time we get to spend together while breastfeeding. Now that we've been doing it for six months, lots of people ask when I'm going to be done. We're all enjoying it, so I have no desire to wean them any time soon.
You KNOW I'm a nursing Mama! 21 months & counting on #3! No end in sight...
I'm a nursing mama, this is my first child, he's been nursing for 12 month and still counting and couldn't be happier.
