Chalk, Bubbles & Lightsabors

The perfect combination. Since we have been outside so much, we get creative. Chalk, bubbles, & a lightsabor that Todd picked up at a garage sale provide endless minutes of fun.

Gabi just couldn't get enough of the patio, bubbles, & chalk. She was the "main event" for this photo shoot.

Ian wanted in on the action so they actually worked together.

In the meantime, Sofi decided she was going to act crazy & ham it up for the camera.

Then it was time to shoot Gabi in action.

Gotta love how all the chalk ends up all over their jeans & butt.

For the record, that butterfly on the pocket is actually silver. HA!

I was playing w/ the light as the sun was starting to go down & the shadows were awesome!

I think this is one of my faves. I love Gabi's chubby hands. She was 'organizing' her chalk.

Then it was time for battle. Star Wars must run through Todd's blood b/c the kids LOVE to play w/ their lightsabor. No joke. I'll post the project Todd put together later.

After a day like that, the kids sleep well. So does Mommy.

No pacis. Looks good to see them smile without something in their mouthes. Maybe now you can understand what the girls are saying.

Looks like fun Astrid, I'm missing the warm weather already, can we come visit you in TX?

I know someone who claims to be a grown ass woman with a kid whose mouth I'd like to stick a paci in so she'll STFU.

The chalk looks like so much fun! I love the pictures of them playing together :)

I totally need to break out my sidewalk chalk! Erin loved it last year, and the weather is seeming pretty nice right now.

I'm betting anonymous used their paci until they were 12 and now has deep seated issues.

Looks like fun! I'm headed over in a few and hope the art is still on the patio.

I'm confused why someone would follow this blog and 1. be anonymous and 2. care about the paci's 3. use this forum to be critical.
Astrid, consider changing the setting to only registered users can comment.Or leave it so we can all continue to make fun of the idiot!

I have been following your blog from JustMommies May 2008 play group (my 2nd granddaughter was born May 12th). I agree with some of the other posts - block them unless they register!

We have been playing with caulk and bubbles too. It is just now getting warm enough in KY to play outside. You have three great kids on your hands and I think you are doing a great job raising triplets. My Chloe has her "Sassy" still too!

It really upsets me when immature people have to ruin such a great blog with their presence! I want to personally applaud you for ignoring them and keeping on with the blog. Your story motivates me when I want to throw in the towel somedays. Keep up the great work and know that you are a true inspiration!!

My kids love the bubble wands. It's like bubbles and a "light sabor" all in one.
