Anonymous strikes again!

"I see Ian is the only one that does not use those stupid pacis. I guess he will not be laughed at in school." SIGNED...Anonymous (aka ~ Don't have anything better to do than pick on the cutest almost 2 year olds in the world b/c we have no life & still live at home in Ohio)

Yeah, b/c I'd let my kids go to school w/ a paci. Right? HA!

For your viewing pleasure, many pics of our pacis. We love our pacis!

Sorry to hear that "anonymous" has struck again! I think the pacis are just fine! Your children are adorable, and well adjusted. I have a little girl that was born April of 2008, and I was hoping she would take a paci. She never would, though!

Your little ones are just beautiful! :)

What pacis? I don't see any pacis. All I see are beautiful children of God...and shame on anyone who is hateful enough to state otherwise.

What kind of person picks on 2 year old kids? What a loser.

I love it! You have so many other things to worry about! Erin was only a few months younger than these kids are now when SHE decided she didn't need it anymore. A couple pacifiers are such stupid things to get hung up on.

((It's cracking me up that my security word right now is "wacks." LOL!!!))

My twins are the same age as your triplets and they have the same pacis. I figure until someone walks a mile in my shoes they have no right to critique my parenting. They can just "suck it"
You're doing a great job and your children are adorable!! (we're doing the same monkey theme for our 2nd bday as well!! :) )

I saw the pacis in the previous post and had wondered if Ignorant Anonymous was going to reveal their petty self again. Unfortunately, they did.

Pay no attention to Ignorant Anonymous. They are anonymous because they are too afraid to actually claim their statements.

I was intending on going back and commenting on your previous post: your munchkins are SO ADORABLE! I love the group hug picture. I will be back to view those pictures when I need a smile.

I don't know you, but I follow your blog. I CANNOT believe that someone is trying to talk sh$t about children so young using pacis!!! What is wrong with people? They are ignorant and stupid, that is what is wrong! And to sign it "anonymous", I mean come on. My child wasn't even a preemie like your babies, and he kept his paci until he was good and ready to give it up. He was 2 1/2 when he stopped asking for it, and I would have let him have it longer if he had asked for it. Dumb a$$ people!

My daughter just turned 3 and still has a paci! I try and pop it out when I snap pics of her though.

I just hope she pops it out before she kisses her groom on her wedding day ;)

I'm confident they will, aren't you?

Wow, Anonymous. You really HONESTLY have nothing better to do than try to tear down a good parent for something YOU think isn't right?! Let me guess, your kids are perfectly well adjusted, weaned from bottle on their first birthday with no struggle, never used pacifiers, are perfect sleepers, and probably frickin' change their own diapers. Kudos to you, O Master Of All Parents. Just remember this when your kids need therapy because their parents are extreme control freaks. You jerk.

That is too bad someone has to comment like that. I was always taught if you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything. Hmm - maybe that rule doesn't apply anymore.

Of my preemies, I had one that never too a paci, one that took it for a just a couple of months and then lost interest, and I think my dd would probably still have one - lol - at 11. But that said, we did wean her gently when she was around 18mos because EI encouraged it due to speech issues ... but that was ultimately our preference and our decision. You have to do what you think is best for your sweethearts and just ignore the rude outsiders.

Sorry you have to deal with this. Your children are beautiful, btw.

It amazes me that some people feel so privileged enough in life to pass judgment on others. I feel so sorry for "anonymous". Your children are BEAUTIFUL with or without pacis in their mouths!! =)

Some people just love to cause problems. Keyboard warriors with nothing better to do!! It shows how ignorant they are when they start picking on children. Just sad. Love the pictures, Astrid! I can't believe how grown they look!!!

I agree that some people just like to cause trouble. But seriously...on a 2 year old?! Some people have WAY too much time on their hands. I see beautiful smiles!

Lee... maybe they already are stoned, finding humour in insulting babies like that?

Love your babies, love their pacis Astrid. If I could come to Texas to let Zeke have a cuddle-fest with your kiddos I would in a heartbeat... and Zeke's "nana" (his dummy) would be the first thing out of our bags when we got to yours! :D

I am not insulting your children but the fact that you let your almost 2 year olds wander around with pacis especially the infant ones. I am surprised that they even talk at all since their mouths are almost always plugged up.

A mother whose children did not walk around with pacis in their mouthes

"Anonymous" .. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!!! Why are you so worried about how children that ARE NOT yours live their lives? So, so sad. I'm not insulting you, but the fact that (geez, where have I heard that before?!) you have nothing else better to do with your time is heartbreaking.

Does Anonymous know that school doesn't start until they're 5!?!?! Brad used a paci ALL the time until he was 2 1/2 and then gave it up when he was good and ready without much issue at all. Whenever anyone (mainly my MIL) comments on Lucy's I just smile. Really, some people need to get over themselves.

I meant stoned as "let's throw rocks at them"...not impairment.
