Ian is WALKING!

Yep, it is true. Our boy is officially walking. He has been practicing steps for a couple of weeks now but today he really showed us he can walk. He is far from being proficient but there is no denying that he can walk. We are so proud of his perseverance! God answered our prayers once again!

The cut off for being officially developmentally delayed is 18 months. We beat it by a month. WAAHOO! Take that neurologist!

YAY Ian!! I am so glad for you!! Danny is likely to just barely beat that cut off as well ... he's been taking up to 10 steps for a while now but not doing it full time for 2 stinking months.

So happy for all of you!! We all knew he could do it. I gotta say that I love how excited Gabi gets along with everyone else in the video. She's clapping and cheering him on. So awesome!!

Hi Astrid,
I had to de-lurk :) for this one.
A huge congratulations to little Ian and to his parents!
I've followed your story on TC and here and appreciate your spunk, creativity, and delight in your adorable kiddos.
Warmly,
